223. Restless Valentine's Day 2(1/3)

The next day, February 3rd, it was a sunny day after rain.

At the shoe cabinet in the morning, Rin Kiyono told Toru Watanabe that he would go to the music club with her at noon.

After the morning class, Toru Watanabe followed her and went to inspect the "subordinate departments".

"What specifically?" he asked.

"It's a matter of regulations." Qingye Rin answered simply.

Watanabe Toru didn't ask any more questions, he was not interested in these things, and he would naturally know it by then.

In the corridor, classmates who passed by each other saw the two walking together and cast curious and gossipy glances.

The two of them can become famous figures on campus just by their appearance, not to mention there are endless anecdotes about them.

The reason why she couldn't tell it at ordinary times was because Rin Kiyono never chatted with her classmates. Even if she worked hard together in the instrumental club, no one could be her friend.

As for Toru Watanabe, he only fooled around with the boys in the class. Others couldn't tell that he had any intention of being friends with others.

The two of them turned a blind eye to all kinds of looks.

When we arrived on the third floor of the club building, we didn't hear the sound of musical instrument training.

As I approached the music room, I gradually heard a fierce quarrel.

Because it is filtered by the soundproof door, the sound seems far away.

"We have all said it! We have said it several times! We will train well in the new semester!"

"Xijiu-san..."

"When we first set the goal, you second graders also agreed to set it as a 'national gold medal'!"

"Ryo-kun..."

"What's wrong? Do you think we are your first grade? Next year we will face admission to higher schools, and not everyone will go to Music University!"

"Classmate Fanmei..."

"Does this have anything to do with whether you go to Yinda University or not? Didn't everyone train and study together last year? Why can't we do it today?"

"I asked, are you first graders too arrogant?"

"What the hell!"

At the door, Toru Watanabe smiled and said to Rin Kiyono: "Do you think there will be a fight? I bet it will be a week of club hygiene."

Qingye Rin first glared at him who was gloating about his misfortune, and then said: "No."

The two of them continued to listen to what was going on inside.

"Everyone, please stop arguing!" Even though Hayajian Xun spoke loudly, he still sounded gentle.

"Speaking of which! Minister, why do you want outsiders to get involved in the affairs of our music department?"

"Kyono-san is not considered an outsider."

"Huh? No matter how we tried to stay, we decided to leave. What qualifications do we have to intervene now? And set rules that we must abide by?"

"Kyono-kun, this is for the good of the instrumental club!" the voice of the first grader said.

"For the sake of the music department? Can she take care of it?"

"You are not allowed to say that to Kiyono-san!" It was Ichimoku Aoi's voice.

"That's right! Qingye-san has led us to win the national gold medal. I believe she is absolutely right!" Tamamo Haomi also spoke.

"Leader, lead, don't we work hard? You listen to her so much, it's a pity that others look down on you!"

There was a screeching sound of tables and chairs scraping against the floor.

Watanabe Toru put his hands in his pockets, leaned his body straight to the right, and leaned into Kiyono Rin's ear:

"It looks like classmate So-and-so Rin is going to lose."

Qingye Rin said nothing and opened the heavy door of the music classroom.

"Hey! Hey! I didn't bring you like this!" Watanabe Toru accused in a low voice and hastily.

The door was opened and the music classroom became quiet.

After the third graders withdrew from the club, all the remaining 60 or so people in the instrumental club were present.

Most of the people huddled in the corner of the classroom and watched. Seven or eight people were arguing in the middle. A chair fell to the ground. Zao Jianxun looked uneasy.

Everyone looked over.

"Kyono-kun?!" Kaoru Hayami walked over as if seeing the real head of the music department and let out a sigh of relief.

The first graders also gathered around, with relaxed expressions on their faces.

However, the more they respected Rin Kiyono, a first-year student, the more dissatisfied the second-year students were.

"What are you doing in the music club?" asked a second-year girl named Imai.

"Let me make it clear first," Qingye Rin didn't take that person seriously at all, "I don't look down on the first graders..."

"That's it!" The first grader looked at the second grader angrily.

"I look down on all of you."

"......Eh?"

"Hahaha!" The second grader pointed at the stunned first grader and burst into laughter.

"Um," Toru Watanabe raised his hand, "Miss Kiyono?"

"I'm talking about all of them."

"Oh, you continue."

Qingye Rin looked at the second graders: "Have you laughed enough?"

The sound as cold as ice made the laughter stop abruptly.

"When you've laughed enough, let's start training." Her tone was calm, as if nothing happened just now.

The girl named Imai came to her senses and said sternly: "Why should we listen to you!"

"Starting from today, I will resume my role as the advisor of the Musical Instruments Department. Do you have any other opinions, Imai Kaseko?"

Calling the seniors "classmate" was a habit that Rin Kiyono had when he was in charge of the music club last year.

"Kyono-san, are you telling the truth?!" Hayami Kaoru said excitedly.

"Great!" Tamamo Haomi cheered.

“This year we will definitely achieve the second consecutive national gold medal!”

The first graders who had just been looked down upon were all cheering in ecstasy.

Not only them, but also the members of the wind instrument club who stayed away from the incident all showed happy smiles and were full of hope for the future.

"What are you still doing here? You can't even enter the national competition if you act like this." Rin Qingye said with a cold face, mercilessly attacking the enthusiasm of the first graders.

"Let's work hard! I won't let you down again, Qingye-san!" the first grader said loudly.

It seems that they have already figured out why Qingye Rin looks down on them.

Rin Kiyono hates people who don't work hard - last year, the Ensemble Department summed up this impression without authorization.

Amid the cheers, Imai Kashiko was still standing there.

Rin Kiyono turned his gaze to her: "Kaseko Imai, have your horn processing become more detailed? Have you made it so that the sound does not break?"

"I..." Imai Kashiko was speechless.

"Next year there will be new members with outstanding abilities joining the club, and I will select the members of Group A based on their abilities." Rin Kiyono's tone was light, but it had a sense of awe that directly struck people's hearts.

A girl behind Kashiko Imai pulled her sleeve.

Imai Kashiko found the steps, and although he clearly admitted defeat, he nodded to Kiyono Rin with a bit of stubbornness, and went to practice with that person.

The matter was resolved, and I felt completely relieved.

"Qingye-san, thank you very much!" She saluted Qingye Rin.

"You don't need to thank me." Rin Qingye crossed his arms, "I'm not helping you, nor the instrumental club, but Watanabe-san asked me. I promise to help, and I will naturally be responsible to the end."

"Do you think you can make me forget about cheating just now by saying this?" Toru Watanabe said.

"Did you say you can't cheat?" Qingye Rin smiled slightly, looking slightly satisfied.

"I thought you were a beautiful girl who followed the rules."

"She is indeed a beautiful girl." Qingye Rin nodded in agreement.

What else can Toru Watanabe say?

"Watanabe-san, will you also come back to the instrumental club?" Hayashi Kaoru asked after the two of them ended the topic.

Watanabe Toru sighed: "Since Qingye-san is here, then I..."

"Don't worry about me, just be yourself." Kiyono Rin interrupted Watanabe Toru's decision and looked at him with a faint look.
