Chapter 1237 Huhunap

Hammurabi, Hannibal and Amon were both sure that this was a secret that they had never grasped. Their private exchanges proved that even the guards at the level of civil guards could not know the oracle truth of Chuckchel, Queen Yasok, so they all believed that the commander of the Guards Constantine must know the reason. However, at the subsequent meeting of the Imperial Guards, Constantine explained that he actually did not know the complete story. The too mysterious intangible realm was not easily accessible to the warriors who controlled the material universe, such as the Imperial Guards, who saw the appearance of understanding through folk customs and myths was just the tip of the iceberg. He didn't even know why Chuckchel, Queen Yasok, could look directly at the emperor's face hidden under the hood, and the emperor did not stop this from happening, as if he was expecting it to happen.

The emperor saw the self in her eyes through Queen Yasok's eyes. Under his hood, his face was a giant skull without any flesh and blood. Queen Yasok called that face Hun Hunahpu, the creator of the Yasok clan, the daughter of the blood collector, the husband of the goddess of Blood Moon (Xquic), the hero twins Head-Apu and the father of Xbalanque.

In the mythology, when the Blood Moon Goddess (Xquic), who lives in the underworld, investigates a gourd tree, the lord of Shibarba (Houda, Land of Fear) shows the head of Hun Hunahpu, who was defeated and beheaded. The Blood Moon Goddess (Xquic) is curious about the skeleton-shaped fruit, and Hunahpu's head instructs the girl to reach out to get one. When she does this, the skull spits saliva (Gourd juice) on her hands. Through this behavior, she conceives Hun Hunahpu's twin sons and escapes from the underworld. The later story is that the hero twins defeat the Underworld lords and rescues their father's head, and then Hunahpu becomes a corn god and is reborn.

The above story comes from the text that tells the myth and history of the Mayan branch K?iche? (Popol Vuh Community Book, Book of Law). This book has been passed down orally and was recorded in writing around 1550. The Spanish Dominican monk Francisco Himenes translated it into Spanish in the 18th century. After that, texts such as Popol U, Dresden Code and Chirambalam in Spanish have been important materials for experts and scholars to study Mayan civilization.

But no matter what the story of the corn god Huhunap and the mythical twins of the Mayan hero in the text, the name of the Blood Moon Goddess (Xquic) alone makes people feel uneasy. The emperor ordered people to search for clues in the mountains of Kamataj's books, and dig out the true identity of the Blood Moon Goddess and the blood collector Kuchumaquik from endless, contradictory myths and vague pieces of paper.

Just a small number of real names or similar pronunciations can make Kama Taj's secret wizard and emperor understand the essence of these "gods". He does not want to solve the problem of the feathered snake god to cause greater trouble.

He thought of the Supreme Master asking the Scarlet Witch to participate in the mission, and the clues might be related to her. However, the progress of this work is still extremely slow until now, with Kama Taj and the Immortal City scarcely staff, and it is impossible to screen out relevant clues from millions of classics.

Even so, the emperor smiled bitterly and accepted the gifts given by Queen Yasok after summoning the remnants of Yasok, because he believed that there were some things he could not understand in the legend of Yasok, about death, about rebirth, about failure, which was the prophecy told by the mad woman living in Kamataj. She told the emperor that he would have a glimpse of the truth about the future here-the Queen Yasok gave the stingray fish bones and the lion bones to Amon and Hammurabi, which was the symbol of the two oaring gods who sent the corn god into the land of creation; a fresh doe head, liver and a turtle were given to the emperor, which was a gift to the corn god, and the emperor didn't even know how Queen Yasok found these things in the killing zone.

Queen Yasok hopes that the emperor can guide the Yasok tribe to be reborn in the Kingdom of the Goddess of Blood Moon (Xquic). After all, the corn god died and was reborn many times in the mythology. Queen Yasok naively believes that this time the corn god Huhunap can die again, and uses those big ships in the sky (referring to the Tianma heavy assault transport boat) to send them into the underworld.

Faced with such a innocent and simple Queen Yasok, the emperor really couldn't say anything to blame.

Lara Crawford, based on her understanding of American mythology, saw suspicion from the gifts given to the emperor by Queen Yasok. She asked the reason with a strange look, but the emperor did not fully reveal the scenes that Queen Yasok saw, but instead gave honey, corn and avocado with her hand. Queen Yasok accepted the gift of symbolism with satisfaction, and then she began to call on the remaining Yasok people to join this "god war" in words that others could not understand - no doubt, this decision was immediately rejected by the emperor. Although the Knights of the Hell in front were still engaged in sporadic exchanges of fire between the Holy Trinity mercenaries, the balance of victory was already inclined to him, and he did not want any irrelevant life to be wasted on the battlefield.

After the emperor's persuasion, Chuckchel, the Queen of Yasok, agreed to lead the tribe to stay where they were and share the food given to them by the "corn god Huhunap". In fact, these military rations are not very good, but for the Yasok tribe who has long relied on hunting to obtain protein and fat, these carbohydrates and protein-rich foods are delicious enough. Even Amon and Hammurabi think that letting these people have enough food is the most important thing, and there is no need to make trouble everywhere.

Just as Amon squatted down to teach the Yasok tribe how to use standard military rations, Constantine was ordering the First Company of the Knights of the Fire, and the Second Company began to block the escape passages between the Holy Trinity mercenaries and the last stronghold of the Kukulkan Cultivate.

In order to ensure that Chuckchel's dagger is not destroyed, Constantine intends to use "moderate" means to force the leader of the Holy Trinity to hand over the artifact. By cutting off the water and power supply in the camp, uninterrupted reconnaissance and shouting through drones, dismantling the fighting will of the Holy Trinity mercenaries and the Kukurkan Cultivator in the stronghold, and inciting the fighters to kill each other - Constantine knows the differences between the Holy Trinity mercenaries and the Kukurkan Cultivator. Compared with the mercenary Rulk who worked hard to make money, the Kukurkan Cultivator was a Paititi who was united by Amaru in the past. The reasons for supporting Dr. Pedro Domigus were completely different, and the collapse speed was also different under different pressures.

Constantine found the Camilla team who ended the mission and Anuratu, the Queen of Paiditi, and asked them to shout to the people in the encirclement in different languages. When they shouted to the Trinity mercenaries, they told them in English that the Trinity High Commission had all been killed. Pedro Domigus did not obtain ownership of the Trinity Swiss bank account, and even if they died, they could not receive any pension. When they shouted to the believers of the Kukulkan clan, they claimed in Quechua that Amaru had committed the crime of martyrism against his brother Seri with the help of the colonists. Such usurpers had no reason to continue to serve as the ruler of Paiditi.

No matter what language is used, the Camilla team and Paititi Queen Anuratu will tell the people inside that they can survive by handing over Chuckchel's dagger, otherwise they will drop poisonous gas bombs into this stronghold, and no international convention can protect them.

No matter how much the first company commander Aparicha wanted to lead the army in and start a massacre, Constantine always steadily suppressed the attacking desire of the Hell Knights. "Anyway, you have a chance to face a strong enemy." Constantine told the first company commander Aparicha in the temporary command of the Tianma heavy assault transport boat landed on the ground, "Chuckchel's dagger is just a protective device that affects the strength of the monster named the Feathered Snake God when it comes to Earth. My Lord needs you and your company to mobilize assault tanks and heavy artillery according to the plan and be prepared to deal with large targets. Those mortals are not worth your consideration. When the night comes, if they continue to fight stubbornly, you can dig out what you want from them."

"You said this, Constantine." Aparicha took a deep breath, "I want to know if this is the conclusion of my Lord?" Aparicha didn't smile fiercely until Constantine nodded. "I will do this, the Imperial Guard, but not for you."
